Valentine's Day has come and gone...how did this happen...it really should be a week or better yet a month long! My husband was sick with the "plague" that is going around so we were home bound...that's okay because everything I needed was here! My sister Lisa adores Valentine's Day! Much to our surprise she showed up at the door carrying a red and white gingham lined tray with a plate of four cupcakes decorated with her tasty perfectly swirled frosting with a bit of red sparkles for crunch and each topped with a conversation heart....can't get more perfect than that...when you slowly remove the liner the pink cake is revealed and one bite into this sweet cake was a step closer to Cupid's den...a smile came to my face as I looked at that cake...WOW!!!!! Talk about a trip to cloud nine...these cupcakes took me there in a Valentine's heart beat...Thanks Lisa for remembering us....
