Pure and Simple Lima Beans

After going to the farm stand the other day I ached to get theses lima beans cooked.  I think it took longer to get them out of the pods then to eat them!  I simply steamed them till tender, placed them into a bowl with salt, pepper and a little butter and that was my lunch...better than a steak!
